- Services
ABC Solutions LLC provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. As part of our commitment to safety and quality, we use professional, high quality cleaning products.
- Booking and Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment (this timeframe may be adjusted in accordance with internal policies). A cancellation fee may apply if notice is provided less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Property Access: The client is responsible for ensuring that the cleaning crew has access to the property at the scheduled time. If the crew is unable to gain entry to the premises, a “lock-out fee” may be charged.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible results, we ask our clients to:
- Ensure that running water and electricity are available on the premises.
- Safely store away any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items.
- Ensure a safe working environment (e.g., by restricting access for aggressive pets).
- Notify us in advance of any allergies to cleaning products.
- Safety and Limitations
For the safety of our staff, we do not perform the following types of work:
- Cleaning of biohazardous materials (mold, blood, animal waste).
- Moving heavy furniture (weighing more than 25–35 lbs / approx. 11–16 kg).
- Cleaning in areas that cannot be safely reached using a two-step stepladder.
- Addressing issues related to pest infestations.
- Quality Guarantee and Damage Claims
Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. We do not issue monetary refunds.
Damage Claims: Although we treat your home with the utmost care, accidents do occasionally happen. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service being performed. ABC Solutions LLC carries insurance coverage, and claims will be processed in accordance with the terms of our insurance policy.
- Non-Solicitation of Employees
Clients agree not to hire or privately engage the services of any employees or contractors of ABC Solutions LLC for a period of 12 months following the date of the last service provided. In the event of a violation of this condition, a staff recruitment fee may be charged.
- Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of any outstanding payment balance.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington
