Our Vacation Rental Clean uses the same checklist as the Standard Clean, with these additional tasks:

• Check fridge, freezer, microwave and oven for leftover food and throw out expired or grubby items. Wipe out all four
• Check dishwasher and if dirty, run and replace items
• Replace clean kitchen towels on the oven handle
• Clean the coffee pot
• Check inside of cabinets and drawers in kitchen and bathrooms and wipe out as needed
• Replace all linens and bath mats in bathrooms
• Change bed linens
• Wash / dry / replace used linens (requires on-site laundry)
• Vacuum undersides of removable couch and chair cushions
• Spot clean glass and windows
• Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, snacks and other specified items (must be provided on-site)
