Kitchen We dust for cobwebs up high, wipe down cabinet fronts (handles included), clean the stovetop and oven exterior, clean the microwave inside and out, wipe the outside of the refrigerator, clean countertops and everything sitting on them, wipe counter appliances, take care of up to 5 minutes of dishes, clean the sink, dust horizontal surfaces, spot-clean walls, doors, and trim, dust baseboards, vacuum and mop the floor, and empty the trash with a fresh liner.
Bathrooms We dust for cobwebs, scrub the tub and shower, clean the sink and mirrors, dust horizontal surfaces, spot-clean walls, doors, and cabinets, wet-wipe baseboards, clean the toilet and the area around it, vacuum and mop the floor, and replace the trash liner.
Rest of the Home All primary horizontal surfaces are dusted. Upholstery tops are vacuumed. Mirrors are cleaned. Walls get a spot check. Sliding glass doors are wiped down if present.

The standard clean keeps your home maintained — floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchen. The deep clean includes all of that, plus the inside of the oven and refrigerator, behind appliances, baseboards, window sills, and areas that are not touched during a regular visit. If it's been a while, start with the deep clean.
Do you bring your own supplies?
