How do you get into the office if nobody’s there?
We use the same secure methods that most commercial clients prefer: a key, lockbox, building access code, or key card. We’ll confirm the access details with you before the first cleaning and keep them securely on file for all future visits.
Do you restock bathroom and kitchen supplies?
We place and organize the supplies, but they need to be on-site when we arrive. We don't purchase or deliver consumables.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. All cleaning products and equipment are ours. You provide office supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
