Our initial / deep clean brings your home to a Condition 2 level: scrubbed down and ready for ongoing maintenance. It’s the required first step before starting any regular cleaning program with us. It’s also available as a standalone visit — pre-holiday prep, spring maintenance, or whenever you need to start from scratch.

Our deep cleaning covers everything in our Standard Clean and then some. Here’s what gets done:

What's the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning is maintenance — it keeps a clean home clean. Deep cleaning is what you do when there's actual buildup: grease, soap scum, grime in corners, and surfaces that haven't been scrubbed in months. It's longer and more thorough and includes baseboard wet-wiping, shower curtain rod cleaning, and wall washing that aren't part of a standard visit.
Can I book it as a one-time service?
Yes. No commitment to ongoing visits. People book it for pre-holiday prep, spring maintenance, post-renovation, or just when they want a proper reset.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Clear dishes from the sink and remove clutter from the areas we'll tidy up — that way we spend our time cleaning, not moving things around. If you want the oven interior done, run the self-clean cycle at least 24 hours before. Set the freezer to defrost mode 24 hours ahead of time.
Can I add extra services?
Yes. Common add-ons: interior windows, dry dusting of blinds, linen changes, dishes and dishwasher loading, laundry folding, and fridge and oven interiors. Let us know when booking.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, everything. If you have a preference — fragrance-free, eco-friendly, specific allergy considerations — tell us and we'll work with it where we can.
What if I'm not home?
Most clients aren't. Key, lockbox, garage code, or digital lock code — any of these work. Just confirm the access details with our office at least 48 hours before the visit (excluding weekends and holidays).
What's the satisfaction guarantee?
If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours. We come back and fix it, no charge.
