Company Policy

We care about the quality of our services, the safety of our clients and staff, and the transparency of our work.
Please review the following policies that apply to every cleaning appointment.

1. WORK CONDITIONS

• Our cleaner has the right to leave the job site if the home is extremely dirty and cannot be cleaned within the time allotted for the service.
• Our cleaner has the right to leave immediately if there is any threat to their health or safety, including but not limited to aggressive pets, intoxicated individuals, or unsafe environments.
• For quality control purposes, before and after photos are always taken during each appointment. These photos are used for internal purposes only.
• All photos are permanently deleted within 24 hours after the service is completed and payment is received.

2. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

• If any damage occurs during the cleaning, our cleaner may be held financially responsible only if there is clear and verified evidence of the incident.
• The client must report any issues related to the cleaning service within 24 hours after completion so that we can resolve them promptly.
• The client must provide photo or video proof of any damage at the time of service. Without such proof, claims cannot be processed.

3. SERVICES WE DO NOT PROVIDE

• We do not clean bodily fluids, biohazards, mold, or pet waste (including litter boxes or pet messes).
• We do not move heavy furniture or clean areas that are inaccessible or unsafe to reach (e.g., high ceilings, roofs, or behind large appliances).
• We do not clean infested properties (insects, rodents, etc.) unless previously approved; additional charges may apply.

4. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By placing a cleaning order with us, the client automatically agrees to all of the policies listed above.

These terms cannot be changed or disputed after the order has been placed.
