Standard Home Cleaning

The Standard Clean is our regularly scheduled cleaning program to maintain the cleanliness of your home or business at the Condition 2 level and can start after the Initial / Deep Clean (or a move-in clean).
Standard Cleans must begin within one month of the Initial / Deep Clean.
Kitchen: high dust for cobwebs, wipe down all cabinet fronts (focusing on handles), clean stove top and outside of stove, clean microwave (inside & out), clean outside of refrigerator, clean countertops and items on them, wipe all appliances on counters, up to 5 mins of dishes, wipe out dish rack (if empty), clean sink, dust all primary horizontal surfaces, spot clean walls, doors and trim, clean 1 window (if present), refresh pet water bowl, dust baseboards, vac and mop floor, empty trash and replace liner.
Bathroom(s): high dust for cobwebs, scrub tub/shower, clean sink, clean mirrors, dust all primary horizontal surfaces, spot clean walls, doors and cabinets, wet wipe baseboards, clean toilet and surround, vac and mop floor, empty trash and replace liner.
Remainder of home: Dust all primary horizontal surfaces, vacuum upholstery (tops only), clean one set of sliding glass doors (if present), clean mirrors, spot clean walls,
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleans restore your home. Ideal to start your cleaning maintenance program, or as a one-time service (think: pre-holiday prep or spring cleaning).

The Initial / Deep Clean is required prior to starting a regimen and is the service type for the first visit to your home. This visit is used to bring your home up to a Condition 2 level.
Focuses on DEEPLY cleaning and scrubbing the most dirty areas, such as: the stove, sinks, counters, tubs/showers.
Our Deep Clean service has the same checklist as our Standard Clean; however, it is a longer, more intensive service and also includes wet-wiping of baseboards, shower curtain rods, and wall-washing for higher condition homes.
Move-In / Move-Out Clean
The perfect step for moving in or out. Move-in / Move-out Cleaning combines our Deep Cleaning with cabinet and refrigerator interior cleaning.

The Move-In/Move-Out Clean assumes the home is empty and is usually the last step before completing a move-out or the first step before moving in.
Includes everything in the Deep Clean PLUS the inside of the fridge, the inside of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and the inside of closets, drawers and built-ins.
Vacation Rental Cleaning
Vacation Rental Cleaning is catered to VRBO and AirBnB hosts that also need cleanings between guests. Services include linen/towel change, fridge emptying, etc.

Our Vacation Rental Clean uses the same checklist as the Standard Clean, with these additional tasks:
- Check fridge, freezer, microwave and oven for leftover food and throw out expired or grubby items. Wipe out all four
- Check dishwasher and if dirty, run and replace items
- Replace clean kitchen towels on the oven handle
- Clean the coffee pot
- Check inside of cabinets and drawers in kitchen and bathrooms and wipe out as needed
- Replace all linens and bath mats in bathrooms
- Change bed linens
- Wash / dry / replace used linens (requires on-site laundry)
- Vacuum undersides of removable couch and chair cushions
- Spot clean glass and windows
- Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, snacks and other specified items (must be provided on-site)
Office Cleaning
More Details
Our Office / Commercial Clean is the same as the Standard Clean, with these additional tasks:
- If present, check the fridge, freezer, microwave and oven for leftover food and throw out expired or grubby items. Wipe out all four.
- Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, snacks and other specified items (must be provided on-site)
- Spot clean interior windows
